About Me

I am a Berlin-based sound designer with over ten years of professional experience, working across film, music, and experimental sound practices. My main artistic interest lies at the threshold between noise and musical tone.

While my work is concept-driven and exploratory, I also bring extensive technical expertise across all disciplines of audio production. I am comfortable taking responsibility for the entire sonic process and reliably delivering high-quality results, whether creatively open or precisely defined by a brief.

A central part of my practice is my collection of vintage and curious broadcast equipment. My studio features a wall of laboratory instruments from the 1950s and 1960s, which I use alongside tape machines, cassette recorders, and live musicians to create textures, noises, and musical tones that blur the line between experimentation and composition.

I studied at the Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg and received a scholarship that allowed me to continue my education at UCLA in Los Angeles.

My work has been presented at renowned festivals such as the Berlinale, IFFR Rotterdam, and LA Shorts. Films I’ve worked on are streaming worldwide on Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney+. I’ve also collaborated with international clients including Google, EA Games and Mercedes-Benz Trucks.
